On a Chain

Hmm. Well. So, I've got this hyena on a leash. Yep. Now I guess I'll just...well. My options are limited, cuz I've got a hyena leash in my hand. I'll just go ahead and, er--

What's that saying about catching a tiger by its tail?

It may be a hyena, but it's still a puppy! Is it friendly? If so--must pet!

Oh great--now that this picture is on the interwebs, I predict hyenas will be the next fad pet for the "tough gangsta rapper" set.

Heh, you KNOW a species means serious business when even the FEMALES have, um, dangly bits.

That is scary!!! The proportion is off a bit.. I'm hoping this is photoshopped.

I have actually seen this before. The people of Africa...um, well, the dangerous militant people of Africa often have these as pets. They scare and intimidate people in villages they terrorize....as if the machine guns weren't enough....

the egyptians tried taming hyenas for a while (when you're around that long you try EVERYTHING) -individually they might respond to it but not as a whole. definately on the nice to look at from the other side of an eight foot fence list.

You're absolutely right, Twodragons. Hyena make pit bulls look like sissy bullshit.

GAH! I never cease to be amazed by what people will try to pull off. It's alsays the animals that suffer.

Hyenas are pumped so full of testosteron they really can't help but be agressive MOST of the time. They come out of the womb fighting.

DUDE.
That's just not smart.
Hyenas are -too- badass. At least pit bulls can be trained, worked with. Like Jynxkat said - they're wild animals, and they can never be fully tamed/trained. They don't belong on leashes. :/

Found this and thought I would share. It seems the hyena man is part of a group of entertainers. See this website belonging to who I assume is the photographer.

I really wish that you people would fucking research what you are saying. I have been researching the spotted hyena for the past few years and they can be tamed, it just bothers me that you all are such narrow minded people who cash in on the common misconseption of the species. Do some research before you run your mouth about things that dont concern you.

was that really necessary? it's a blog on the freaking internet, and i'm guessing that all of these people forgot what this was about after a week or so.

Poor hyena, I love them. Just like I love coyotes. :)

sometimes you can go to earn the Pirates of the Burning Sea Gold for your own life and you can also get a lot of happiness in the game if you play the game well. you can brush the potbs gold to upgrade and then you are very strong. You think that you want to play the game well and then you can get the potbs Doubloon for your own. you can earn the potbs money alone and you can give some for your friends; it can make you very happy I think. As long as you play the game you can go to buy potbs Doubloon as the rewards in this game.

The game has a lot of LOTRO Gold, as long as you join to play this game you will get
them. you should try your best to earn as much Lord Of The Rings Gold as you can, so you are strong and no one can
fight you. you can go to buy LOTRO Gold in the game, so many other players want to play with you together. As long as you have the cheap Lord Of The Rings Gold you will be strong and you can go to kill the monsters to upgrade alone.
