Green Vine Snake

Behold the maw of the green vine snake (Ahaetulla nasuta). They are known in their native India for being very aggressive and ill-tempered. They make for poor pets, unless you don't mind them striking the glass ceaselessly (which some of you might).

It may have an attitude problem, but damned if it ain't absolutely gorgeous. See? Sometimes it doesn't matter how pretty you are on the outside, if you're nothing but pure evil inside, you are still ugly.

I especially love the last photo on this post. Reminds me of the movies I saw as a youngster where there was a dancing snake from the Arabian area! Ha!
