Eating One's Relatives

As if a jumping spider (the only spiders that don't give me the willies) needed to endear itself to me anymore, here's one sucking up the juices of a fellow arachnid.

While I normally frown upon eating one's relatives, here's an instance where I not only condone the behavior, but encourage it. So slurp away, little spider. And feel free to suck down a black widow chaser.

there's a few annoying relatives in my family that the jumping spider is welcomed to eat up for me.

Why do jumping spiders give you the willies? They're one of the most docile families, and the only spiders I'll let children hold. (I do give specific instructions though, as even a jumping spider will bite if it thinks it's getting smushed.)

Haha, I think he meant that these are the only spiders that DON'T give him the willies.

My mistake: that should have read ...the only spiders that DON"T give me the willies...

ditto about the willies thing...i think something about their movement lets me file them under tiny squirrel-like thing rather than spider.
Once in a while I get a pic with their fangs exposed though and my brain says "squirrel? really? you sure I shouldn't file this under horrible spider?"
