This is where we need some help. What kind of bird is this? I asked the photographer, ERIO, and he didn't know either. Any ornithologists around that can give us a clue?
Here are some key characteristics - it is big, has a spoon-shaped bill, and is ugly. Does that help?
That looks to be a Roseate Spoonbill.

Its Latin name is Ajaia ajaja, which mimics the cries of horror evoked upon its discovery.
And if you should find it useful, in Norwegian the name for this bird translates as "Spoon Stork". ;)
