Sam, the World's Ugliest Dog















This is the famous Sam, reknowned for his hideousness and being the three-time, undefeated champion of the 'World's Ugliest Dog' competition. He died just this November. His image is a natural starting point for this site.

    Sam was the winner of the Sonoma-Marin Fair Ugliest Dog Contest in 2005. We will have to wait until the 2006 fair to see who replaces him. Got to http://www.sonoma-marinfair.org/ for more details. It looks like the replacement will most likely be another Chinese Crested.
