I know it looks cool, and might even taste good (I was too cowardly to try), but they sometimes 'slaughter' them with nasty insecticides!

Perhaps best to enjoy their aesthetic qualities.Jack Ruttanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11202365155540203592noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20146619.post-76988491816494349142008-02-23T18:51:00.000-08:002008-02-23T18:51:00.000-08:00If they remove the grub's intestine (the source of...If they remove the grub's intestine (the source of the nasty black ooze) like they remove the gritty intestine from a shrimp, then I might just try a bite. After all, shrimps and grubs are similar animals. All life is important, even if you are a larvae who's insides have been stabbed and a frying pan is your fate. You are far more beautiful than what you are exploited for.

NOT "ugly" : Life.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20146619.post-85536776358379420452008-02-22T13:27:00.000-08:002008-02-22T13:27:00.000-08:00Who here has read "Transmetropolitan?"I just got b...Who here has read "Transmetropolitan?"

I just got books 6 and 7 and this SO reminds me of that future ...

According to my Classics professor the Romans ate mice ...
